needs some help 2004.5 dodge rem 3500 stick

ok so I load my smarty touch in my truck ran awesome for about five mins then limp mode keeps throwing code po633 and p1222. I have tried to return it to stock same thing. really sucks towing 10,000 in limp mode

Scroll down and view the Chrysler TSB I posted. That code and limp mode is brought about due to a fuel system issue. Code and WTSL and chimes should show up to warn you of that fuel system issue.

thanks for the help there was no problem with the smarty I just have a set of leaking injectors. and the smarty makes them leak more with high rail psi.

Actually Smarty tuning adds no more rail pressure unless you use the TNT-r race tuning. The standard tuning has the option to ramp up Rail Pressure quicker without adding more.

 

Glad you were able to have a warning so you can replace your injectors before big damage occurs.
