Decrease fuel quantity to satisfy the needs of your current set up, or crank it up to 850 RWHP. Twin turbo chargers are suggested.

If you decrease the fuel quantity to satisfy the needs of your current set up you can use Stage 1 injectors with a close to stock truck. BBi continues to push the performance envelope. We are now ready to offer the much requested BBi Stage 1.5 Injector for the MY04.5 thru MY07 5.9 Cummins engine.
These injectors are capable of up to 850 rwhp. Injection quantity reduction is a simple adjustment, thanks to Smarty. Decrease fuel quantity to satisfy the needs of your current set up, or crank it up to 850 RWHP. Twin turbo chargers and dual injection pumps are suggested.

This larger Injector for the MY04.5 – MY07 5.9, utilizing the OEM 124* Spray Pattern, which will offer a substantial flow increase over our Stage 1 Injector for the MY04.5 – MY07.

Like every BBi Injector ever made, these have NO modifications that decrease longevity compared to an OEM unit. BBi injectors are designed, then built by hand, to last as long as, or longer, than a brand new OEM stock injector.

The 124* Spray patterned Stage 1.5 is here to offer a HUGE output with the proper supporting modifications. Rear wheel horse power of up to 850 will be achievable with these injectors. Changing to 2003 Pistons paves the way to use our MY03 Nozzles, with their ideal spray angle. With the 2003 style pistons, there are no Limits on Power or reliability.

These injectors have higher durability requirements than any other part of a modern diesel engine. Bosch has designed its injectors to make billions of injection cycles over their lifetime. Stage 0.5

Nozzle flow rate of 78l/h/100bar –> 30% increase compared to stock.

The Stage 0.5 and Stage 1 injectors use the same nozzle flow. The Stage 0.5´s as compared to the Stage 1´s are detuned to have lower emissions and lower exhaust gas temperatures due to a shorter injection time. Stage 1 injectors are capable of up to 700rwhp. If you decrease the fuel quantity to satisfy the needs of your current set up you can use Stage 1 injectors with a close to stock truck. To achieve up to 700whp you will need a bigger turbo or twins.

Stage 1.5 nozzle flow rate of 88.2 l/h/100bar –> 43% increase compared to stock

For model years 2004.5-2007 we utilize a 124° spray angle

BBi continues to push the performance envelope. We are now ready to offer the much requested BBi Stage 1.5 Injector for the MY04.5 thru MY07 5.9 Cummins engine.
These injectors are capable of up to 850 rwhp. Injection quantity reduction is a simple adjustment, thanks to Smarty. Decrease fuel quantity to satisfy the needs of your current set up, or crank it up to 850 RWHP. Twin turbo chargers and dual injection pumps are suggested. A larger Injector for the MY04.5 – MY07 5.9, utilizing the OEM 124* Spray Pattern, which will offer a substantial flow increase over our Stage 1 Injector for the MY04.5 – MY07. Like every BBi Injector ever made, these have NO modifications that decrease longevity compared to an OEM unit. BBi injectors are designed, then built by hand, to last as long as, or longer, than a brand new OEM stock injector.

The 124* Spray patterned Stage 1.5 is here to offer a HUGE output with the proper supporting modifications. Rear wheel horse power of up to 850 will be achievable with these injectors. These have passed our stringent long term durability testing with flying colors. We put quality and durability at the top of our list.

To our reman line: Those injectors are delivered within the same functional tolerances as new BBI injectors and come with the same warranty. There is a core charge on them! All reman injectors are disassembled, cleaned and completely new adjusted. All our reman injectors get a new hard chrome coated valve set and a new DLC coated nozzle. Also all older injectors will be upgraded to the newer better guidance/puck design to have a better more centric connection with less friction between the valve piston and the nozzle needle. Which gets them a better low pressure functionality and will make them more stable over lifetime. All other injector parts are measured, investigated and tested and if necessary they will be exchanged to new parts also. Again our BBI reman injectors come with the same tolerances as new BBI´s, so every part internally has to function perfectly to do so. They are also tested with the same test program as new injectors and you get a test certificate with complete injection mappings. So you can see the function of every injector in over 500 test points per injector. But if money is not an issue we still recommend to buy new injectors as their expected lifetime is always higher as with reman injectors. Nobody can forecast for example how long it will take until an injector body cracks as it is impossible to see/measure/check how much pressure oscillations it has already seen in the past or what kind of pressure it was used at.

These injectors are capable of up to 700rwhp. We’ve found NO reason to run injectors smaller than Stage 1. Injection quantity reduction is a simple adjustment, thanks to the Smarty. Decrease fuel quantity to satisfy the needs of your current set up, or crank it up to 700 RWHP.

Note on Stage 2-4 for these years

Because of the inappropriate nozzle spray angle we do not offer a higher flow nozzle for these types of engines. Any larger than the Stage 1, our quality control standards could not be met. In addition to the Stage 1 nozzles the complete injector setup can be changed, which provides better engine response and high performance at high rpms. Changing to 2003 Pistons paves the way to use our MY03 Nozzles, with their ideal spray angle. With the 2003 style pistons, there are no Limits on Power or reliability.

Our Reman MY03 Stage 0.5 injectors use the same nozzle flow as our stage 1 injectors use. ( Nozzle flow rate of 76.2 l/h/100 bar –> 24% increase compared to stock) They are detuned to lower emissions and exhaust gas temperatures. An increase in fuel economy will be noticed as they have a shorter injection duration, with the same energizing time as the OEM injectors. This makes the Stage 0.5 a perfect towing injector. These injectors are capable of up to 700rwhp.
