    Cruise control surge

What's your thoughts? For the 0463, I have a fuel cell with its own sending unit(stand alone) For the 1492, I have my batteries mounted on the frame. So the two sensors are disconnected For the 1765, I have a jumper wire in the pdb where the relay once was (has been like that since I bought the truck) as for the grid heater relay, I will investigate. But none of the issues there will cause surge, right?

I've cleaned all connections including the ECM connections. I also put dielectric grease on all the same connections. The cord has been tested and passed..

That was a no go. I also pulled all my aux fuse taps on the inside of my cab. I tried 3 different times and rechecked my battery voltage. It was at 12.93 on both. What else you got?

OH! And by the way, I have my batteries mounted on the frame. I only have one ground cable, the two terminals are only about 16" apart, I used a flag terminal. I went ahead and pulled the abs fuse, the fuel relay and my FASS fuse. Batteries are checking at 13volts.

I can get as far as it starts to download the stock program. Soon as it says programming then its pretty automatic with the error, maybe a second or two.

How do I test the connection cable? Multi meter? I did clean all the connections with a cleaner/lube from radio shack. This is a 2000 3/4 ton.
  13. One day, about two years ago, I put in a set of 150 sticks. I put my Smarty on 9 and went to the drag strip. I tried to put it back on 3 a day or two later and it wouldn't do anything besides....Error Comm. time out. Any ideas? Some stuff I've done is, took the batt. cables off and pulled the ABS fuse and the fuel relay and my FASS fuse. Also checked my batteries with a multi meter. Still nothing. 2nd Gen
