Brian, in your opinion, is catcher 3, Raul pressure 2, timing 2, and TQ 3 a safe option for a stock transmission?

Thank you Robert! That would be great. I will try to figure out a time and get in contact with you

Brian, thank you for the feedback! Is there anyone in the Eugene area that deals with these tuners? I would love to have some help upgrading the software.

Brian, I read on an earlier thread where you mentioned as long as you are not towing, running SW7, TQ1, and everything else default on a stock auto tranny. In the Smarty guide, it shows SW3 as the highest recommended. I know that my truck has some modifications, however I don’t know that the transmission has been upgraded. Is catcher 7, TQ1, and the rest default if I’m not towing or putting my foot into it?

Brian, because I bought the truck with the tuner in it, a year and a half ago, do you recommend updating it? And do I need hardware to do so? Or just any usb cable?

Brian, Recently I was having issues with the tuner giving me really weird numbers. The mechanic returned the truck to stock on the tuner prior to unplugging it. Come to find out the alternator was going bad. Put a new alternator in, plugged the tuner back in but have not done anything else. Is that why I am having this issue? Thank you very much for your help

I recently unplugged my tuner. Since it has been plugged back in, every time I start the truck, I have to hit the “agree” button on the Disclaimer page. Is there a way to fix this? Sorry if this is a stupid question. I bought the truck with it installed and don’t know much about it

Thanks Brian! That must be why it threw the code then

Brian, does the smarty have a boost fooler? I drove this weekend with it unplugged and I got a code p0234 which says it’s an engine overboost

Brian, I took it to a friend who owns a shop and we also found that my alternator wasn’t charging while I was driving. I was running off battery only. We put a new alternator in but haven’t hooked the tuner back up yet

Tonight on my way home I stopped to get the kids. I let the truck idle while I ran in the house. When I got back in, my display readings were giving me numbers that make no sense. For example boost of 459. RPMs of 39.8. Not sure what’s going on. After it sat for a couple hours and drove home it was fine

    Green, Blue, Red

I haven't touched the settings. I bought the truck with it a couple weeks ago. I have figured out the POD is on 90. When it goes to red, I notice the little number under it goes up. Almost like your limit is always changing

    Green, Blue, Red

What do these colors mean on the screen? For example, if I have ES RPM selected, if it turns red, does that mean I need to back off?
